In order to implement the project, the Government of Nepal shall provide the support, approval or work to be provided to the permit holder in the manner and within the period mentioned in the contract.
(2) In the course of implementing the project, if the permit holder requests any assistance and such assistance can be provided in accordance with the prevailing law, the Government of Nepal may provide such assistance in such a way that the permit holder shall bear the expenses and liabilities for the same.
